- Payment verification data: bank-transfer reference codes and proof-of-payment uploads (screenshot or PDF of deposit slip). We do not store card or mobile-wallet PINs.
- Account data: if you register, we store a hashed login identifier managed by our identity provider.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referrer, collected via cookies and server logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfil your orders (confirming, packing, shipping, and delivering).
- To verify bank-transfer payments and prevent fraud.
- To provide customer service — responding to enquiries, warranty claims, and returns.
- To send transactional notifications (order confirmation, dispatch, delivery) via email and SMS.
- To send marketing communications only with your explicit opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time.

- Courier partners (Sundarban, SA Paribahan, RedX, Steadfast, etc.) — to deliver your order.
- Payment processors (banks, bKash, SSLCommerz) — to verify payment and settle transactions.
