These Terms and Conditions govern your use of ByteHub (bytehub.bd), operated by FR Communication of Sirajganj, Bangladesh. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
By browsing, registering, or purchasing from ByteHub, you accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
ByteHub sells ISP networking equipment, consumer electronics, and IT accessories. Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided by our suppliers; minor variations in colour, packaging, or firmware version may occur. All listings are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before shipment.
Accepted payment methods:
Orders are processed on business days (Sunday–Thursday, excluding public holidays). We will confirm your order by email or SMS. We reserve the right to cancel any order for suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or payment failure, with a full refund for any amount already paid.
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Typical delivery times are 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–5 days outside Dhaka, depending on the courier. We work with national couriers such as Sundarban, SA Paribahan, RedX, and Steadfast. Details are in our Shipping Policy.
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unopened, in original packaging, with all accessories and a valid order number. See the Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process.
Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it is honoured on the terms set by the manufacturer or authorised distributor. ByteHub will facilitate warranty claims but is not the warrantor unless explicitly stated on the product page. Physical damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, and consumables are not covered.
All content on ByteHub — including logos, product images, text, and code — is owned by FR Communication or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FR Communication is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sirajganj or Dhaka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
